Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as Guy French gift cards. We will only charge you after we have verified your information and confirmed stock availability in our warehouse.

If you are having difficulty processing a payment, please email customerservice@guyfrench.com.

If you have Guy French store credit, you may redeem this by entering the credit code during the checkout process. You will also be asked for credit card details but will only be charged if a balance remains at final checkout.

Pricing and Sales Tax

Prices displayed on our site are exclusive of sales taxes, which are calculated at the time of checkout by zip code. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing a gift card.

SHIPPING

Shipping to the US

You will receive your order in three to six business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

• Three business days via UPS: add $15.00
• Next business day via UPS: add $50.00

For overnight delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. UPS orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. UPS orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a full refund or exchange on items returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). If you have any questions or are unsure of your purchase, please email customerservice@guyfrench.com.

Please note that items for return must be post-marked within two weeks (14 days) from the date the item was originally shipped. In order to maintain our standards of quality, we cannot accept returns on worn or used items. If you return an item bearing signs of wear, we will send it back to you at your cost.

How to make a return

Please follow the following easy steps to secure a return from Guy French.

1. Request authorization for return by emailing customerservice@guyfrench.com. Please note that you must do this within 14 days of the item's original ship date. We will respond to your request within one business day.

2. Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please print this out and attach it to your return package along with return questionnaire, original boxes, tags, hangers, etc., to the following address:

3. Take your package to any UPS location or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. Find your nearest UPS location at www.ups.com/dropoff. Please note that items must be postmarked within 5 days of return-label issuance and that Guy French cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email updating you on the status of your return. Assuming that your item is returned in its original condition, we will issue a refund in your original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for your refund to show up on your credit card statement. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you opt to use your own shipper, we suggest that you use a traceable carrier, keep hold of your tracking number, and insure the package.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Though we continuously update our website and inventory, we may occasionally sell out of certain products. In the exceptional case of unavailability of a product after ordering, we will inform you via email as soon as possible and adjust your order and payment. Should we be re-stocking this item, we will email you as soon as it becomes available again.

SECURITY

Please be assured that your privacy is very important to us. We will NEVER sell your email address or use it other than as instructed by you. We use data encryption software to secure all order information submitted through our website. We cannot, however, guarantee that our security measures will absolutely prevent unauthorized access to or loss of data.

PURCHASING GIFT CARDS

Guy French gift cards are available for purchase in any amount. Please click customerservice@guyfrench.com to purchase a gift card.

Gift cards are not returnable. If you return any item from an order in which partial or full payment was made using a gift credit, you will receive your refund in the form of a gift card or store credit.
